Welcome to the Circle Practice at the Belmont Health Centre

This website is a guide to our practice. The services are provided free under the NHS except where stated. The practice looks after nearly 8500 patients. The building is designed for wheelchair access downstairs, including the toilet. There is a public payphone by the reception entrance.

Our Aim

To provide a comprehensive service with emphasis on:

• Treating you promptly if you become ill
• Supporting your long-term health
