TELEPHONE ADVICE ?
Should
you wish to seek advice from a GP or nurse please contact the surgery on 020
8427 1213 and a member of staff will take your details and arrange for
the doctor or nurse to telephone you either after morning surgery or at a mutually
agreed time.

DO I... MAKE
AN APPOINTMENT ?
An appointment may be made anytime after 9.00am: use the appointments telephone
number 020 8861 5211.
Ten minutes is allowed for each consultation. The
doctors and the nurses work together as a team. You will be offered the first
available appointment with any doctor or nurse. If you wish to see a particular
doctor, you may have to accept a later appointment. If you are
unable to keep an appointment please inform the Circle Practice immediately.
If you need to be seen urgently, please tell the receptionist
the outline of your problem so you can be fitted in appropriately. Our surgery
is no longer open at weekends.
Please read the section 'Out of Hours Services'
in this booklet where you will find clear instructions for patients requiring
urgent medical attention.
HOW
DO I... OBTAIN
A HOME VISIT ?
Home visits are at the discretion of the doctors. If you are housebound or
too ill to come to the surgery, please request the visit before 10.30am. If possible,
children with temperatures or rashes are best seen in the surgery where equipment
is available for tests. Inform the receptionist who will make sure your child
is kept separate from other patients. Please telephone 020 8427 1213. We regret
that we cannot make visits for social reasons, eg no transport.

TEST RESULTS?
You can telephone 020 8427 1213 in the afternoons between 2.00 - 4.00pm for
your results. Otherwise we will contact you, but only if the result is abnormal
or the doctor wishes to see you.
