HOW
DO I.... OBTAIN
A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION ?
These are only available
for medicines you are already receiving on a regular basis. Please leave your
request in the box at reception and it should be ready for collection after two
full working days. Alternatively, we will post it to you if you include
a stamped, addressed envelope. You may also fax your request on 020 8863 9815
or e-mail to Cheryl.Cloke@gp-E84004.nhs.uk.
In the interests of safety we do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions
over the telephone.
